Fouad started his professional career as Research Associate at the Institute for Fusion Studies to investigate cutting edge next generation efficient Fusion Power devices. Earned in the French higher education system the equivalency of Ph.D. a “Doctorate 3eme cycle, Magister” in Theoretical Physics from the University of Science and technologies (USTHB, Algiers), and Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
