Founder & President of nano-techpowe ( www.nano-techpower.com, and  Digital Wireless Telecom., Inc. He is a Lead Expert in the Wireless Telecommunication Industry, 3G/4G Broadband Wireless Network  end -to-end Global-All-IP Network Architecture; OFDM based systems, Flash-OFDM (Qualcomm)  Wimax802.16e/ IEEE802.20,  CDMA based systems, 1XEVDO Rev0, and RevA,  UMTS (W_CDMA: TDD, and FDD systems), Network Interoperability, Reliability, and security, RF Network  Design, RF Link Budget Analysis and business modeling.  Led Sprint Broadband group with Next Generation Broadband technology evaluations, FCC regulatory issues, Spectrum allocation, business feasibility and profitability. Development of the world's First Wireless Channel Broadband simulator in collboration with Stanford University, CA. An extraction of a 10 dimensions RF wireless  channel model purely for high speed data, MIMO, and Radio Link Protocols combined with an advanced  signal processing techniques, summarized in a Matrix technology Evaluation to guide vendors, and manufacturers to a clear product and mobile devices roadmap that support different applications, and features compatible with next generation Network and wireless technologies standards 3GPP, 3GPP2, IEEE802.16e.   He is Frequently requested speaker at International conferences and symposiums, Fluent in three languages.

 

Fouad has a very successful track record of  many multi-Million projects Nationally and Internationally awarded by leading Wireless service providers; From  first  launch of a Network to capacity Network expansion. His skills in a large Wireless  Network auditing are second to none (Networks with 50 Million and beyond Subscribers) : by providing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to guide leading national and international wireless carrier  operating on different Technologies platforms, GSM, GPRS, CDMA2000, TDMA;  T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon (Vodafone), and AT&T, to  develop new business strategies, technology migration path, and mergers and acquisitions in order to maximize profit, and reduce customers churn rate.

Fouad started his professional career as Research Associate at the Institute for Fusion Studies to investigate cutting edge next generation efficient Fusion Power devices. He also developed a new breakthrough Design with an optimum safety factor, and high yielding energy conversion factor leading to a standard  design for future power fusion systems of small (r/R) ratio for  fusion devices Tokamaks, Stellarators, featured as an IEEE Plasma Scinece International Conference, Madison, Wisconsin 1995, as an  invited speaker among top invited insitutions; Lawrence Livermore National  Laboratory, General Atomics, San Diego,  Alcator, MIT, PPPL , Princeton, and  JET Tokamak, UK (Largest  European Research facility)

Earned  in the French higher education system the equivalency of Ph.D. a “Doctorate 3eme cycle, Magister” in Theoretical Physics from the University of Science and technologies  (USTHB, Algiers), and Master of Science in Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
